Congress Park

One of the classic close-in neighborhoods in Central Denver. Populated with lots of old bungalows and Tudors, Congress Park is sandwiched between Cherry Creek and City Park. It’s highly walkable and has several quaint shopping districts. The closer to the Botanical Gardens and 7th Avenue Parkway you get, the houses get grander and more expensive.
