Veritas Real Estate was founded in 2010 by partners Grant Nesbitt and Chris Wolff to further their vision of delivering a better customer experience without the constraints imposed by large corporate real estate firms.
Today, Veritas is a successful boutique real estate investment firm, helping our individual clients accomplish their real estate goals and objectives through our expertise in local real estate markets. We have agents that focus on areas in Downtown Denver and the western close-in neighborhoods of Highlands, Sunnyside and Tennyson. We also have agents that focus on Central Denver (Washington Park, Park Hill, Hilltop, Mayfair, and Central Park), and we have an agent that focus on all areas in Boulder.
We started a property management arm of Veritas to manage our investment portfolio, and to help serve our clients that own rental investment properties.
