Central Park

Located on the ground of the former Stapleton International Airport, Central Park is home to almost 10,000 residents. It has two town centers, a huge park for which it is named, seven pools, a rec center, and a light rail stop. Central Park offers homes built from 2002-2023 and is conveniently located close to UCH, United Training Center and is a short commute from Denver International Airport. People choose Central Park because the houses are newer, but not in the suburbs, and it’s close to downtown and Cherry Creek.
