Kevin moved to Boulder in the autumn of 1995, from Michigan, in search of a new adventure. A world class age group triathlete and five time US National Champion in three sports (cross country running, duathlon and triathlon), he is founder and head coach of Gemini Multisport, an online endurance coaching business that provides top level coaching for beginning to expert level athletes. His professional life since moving to the Front Range of Colorado began as a 21 year career in Technical Network Operations as the Senior Data Network Technician in the Homeland Security sector. Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife (Michelle), son (Mattison), as well as along with travelling around the world racing in triathlon/duathlon competitions, watching movies and making people smile.
He began in real estate after acting upon his passion for homes and helping others achieve their athletic dreams through his coaching business. The perfect marriage of the “what next” question in life, came to fruition when he went back to school and attained his Colorado real estate broker license. His goal is to coach and represent clients to make their home ownership dreams a reality, through informed decisions and negotiations, thorough research, and the most updated best practices. He will help make each transaction as effortless and enjoyable as possible. As a team member of Veritas Real Estate, he works directly with Managing Broker/Owner Grant Nesbitt, to bring each client the most outstanding real estate experience imaginable.
